<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penyakit kanker semakin meningkat. Pada penderita kanker mengalami penurunan kualitas hidup baik seca fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual sehingga membutuhkan dukungan baik dari keluarga, teman, dan tengaga kesehatan Tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan systematic review ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih tentang hubungan dukungan sosial dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Pencarian literature dilakukan pada search engine, electronic database Proquest, dan Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang dimasukan ke dalam search engine atau database antara lain “social support” And “ quality of life” And “cancer”. Setelah membaca artikel dan menyeleksinya dengan menggunakan critical appraisal tools crowe 2011 didapatkan 10 artikel yang sesuai. Hasil menunjukkan kualitas hidup yang berbeda-beda pada penderita kanker payudara sesuai dengan stadium kankernya. Kanker yang dibahas yaitu kanker payudara, servix, kandung kemih dan prostat. Dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, dan tenaga kesehatan yang baik berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup yang baik. Simpulan: terdapat hubungan yang positif antara dukungan sosial dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker Kata Kunci: dukungan sosial, kualitas hidup, kanker ABSTRACT Cancer is increasing. Cancer sufferers experience a decrease in the quality of life both physically, psychologically, socially and spiritually so that they need support from family, friends, and health care. The purpose of this research is to use a systematic review approach to gain a deeper understanding of the relationship of social support and quality of life cancer patient. Literature search was performed on search engines, electronic database Proquest, and Google Scholar. Keywords entered into search engines or databases include "social support" and "quality of life" and "cancer". After reading the article and selecting it using Critical Appraisal Tools Crowe 2011, 10 relevant articles were found. The results showed different quality of life in breast cancer patients according to the stage of the cancer. The cancers discussed are breast, cervix, bladder and prostate cancer. Social support from family, friends, and good health workers is associated with a good quality of life.
