<![CDATA[Abstrak Landreform/ Agrarian Reform adalah perubahan sistem pemilikan dan penguasaan tanah yang lampau diubah dengan sistem tata pertanahan baru yang disesuaikan dengan perubahan dan perkembangan masyarakat yang sedang giat melaksanakan pembangunan ekonominya. Landreform memiliki lima program salah satunya adalah redistribusi tanah-tanah yang selebihnya dari batas maksimum, tanah-tanah yang terkena larangan absentee, tanah-tanah bekas swapraja dan tanah-tanah negara yang berdasar pada perarutan pemerintah no 224 tahun 1961 tentang pelaksanaan pembagian tanah dan pemberian ganti kerugian.Kata kunci: LANDREFORM, REDISTRIBUSI TANAH Abstract Landreform / agrarian reformis the change in land ownership and control system of yesteryear converted to the new system of land which is adapted to the changes and development of society is actively implementing its economic development.
