The formulation of the problem in this research is how effective is the Saber Pungli Task Force in reducing illegal levies? and What are the obstacles and support for the effectiveness of the Saber Extortion Task Force in reducing illegal levies? The approach method used is a sociological juridical approach. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the Saber Extortion Task Force in reducing illegal levies can be seen that it has been effectively implemented which has provided support in creating community satisfaction so that illegal levies can be prevented. Rumusan msasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana efektivitas Satgas Saber Pungli dalam mengurangi tindak pidana pungutan liar? dan Apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung efektivitas Satgas Saber Pungli dalam mengurangi tindak pidana pungutan liar? Metode pendekatan yang dipakai ialah metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil analisis efektivitas Satgas Saber Pungli dalam mengurangi tindak pidana pungutan liar dapat diketahui bahwa telah secara efektif dilaksanakan dimana telah memberikan dukungan dalam menciptakan kepuasan masyarakat sehingga tindak pidana pungutan liar dapat dicegah.
