<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis thesis is motivated by the problem of absolute power in the Buy and Sell Bonds that have not been paid off. As for the formulation of the problem, namely the legal certainty in the agreement for sale and purchase of land rights with absolute power and legal protection for the parties in the agreement for sale and purchase of land through absolute power of attorney. This research is a normative juridical research.The result of this research is the legal certainty of absolute power of attorney in the irrevocable agreement of sale and purchase of landsale and purchase agreement rights, in thewhich has not been paid off, only acts as an ordinary power of attorney and can be revoked by the power of attorney. In an effort to protect the law for the parties involved in the sale and purchase agreement using a clause of absolute power and payment in installments, the position of the seller may be threatened.Keywords: Legal Certainty, Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement, Absolute Power of AttorneyABSTRAK Skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kuasa mutlak dalam Ikatan Jual Beli yang belum lunas. Adapun rumusan masalahnya yaitu kepastian hukum dalam perjanjian pengikatan jual-beli hak atas tanah dengan kuasa mutlak dan perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak dalam perjanjian pengikatan jual beli tanah yang melalui kuasa mutlak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif.Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepastian hukum kuasa mutlak pada perjanjian pengikatan jual-beli hak atas tanah yang tidak dapat dicabut kembali, dalam Ikatan Jual Beli yang belum lunas, hanya berlaku sebagai kuasa biasa dan dapat dicabut kembali oleh pemberi kuasa. Dalam upaya perlindungan hukum bagi pihak yang terlibat dalam perjanjian jual beli yang memakai klausula kuasa mutlak yang pembayaran secara angsuran, kedudukan pihak penjual dapat terancam haknya.Kata Kunci: Kepastian Hukum, Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli, Kuasa Mutlak]]>
