<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research is motivated by to find how to enforce the Head Police Regulation Number.14 Year 2011 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics, the inhibiting factors in enforcing the Police Professional Code of Ethics at the Berau District Police, and to find out how to efforts to.The type of research used by the author is an empirical juridical research method with a sociological juridical research approach. The data collection method was carried out by through interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of the National Police Chief Regulation Number.14 of 2011, has complied with the provisions stipulated in the National Police Chief Regulation Number.14 of 2011. At the Berau Police, cases of violations increased from 2018 to 2020. To prevent violations, KEPP is committed to providing strict sanctions against violators.Keywords: Code Of Ethics, Police, Chief of Police Regulation Number 14 Year 2011 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengetahui bagaimana penegakan peraturan Kapolri Nomor 14 Tahun 2011 tentang kode etik Profesi Kepolisian di Polres Kabupaten Berau, faktor penghambat dalam penegakan Kode Etik Profesi Polri di Polres Kabupaten Berau, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi upaya penyelesaian hambatan dalam penegakan Kode Etik Profesi Polri di Polres Kabupaten Berau. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan penelitian yuridis sosiologis. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan studi lapangan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan peraturan Kapolri No. 14 Tahun 2011 tentang Kode Etik Profesi Polri di Polres Kabupaten Berau telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Kapolri No. 14 Tahun 2011. Di Polres Berau, kasus pelanggaran meningkat dari tahun 2018 hingga 2020. untuk mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran, KEPP berkomitmen akan memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap pelanggar.Kata Kunci: Kode Etik, Polri, Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 14 Tahun 2011]]>
