<![CDATA[Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 10 of 2006 concerning Wa-ter Resources and Infiltration Wells. This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementa-tion of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 10 of 2006 concerning Water Resources and Infiltra-tion Wells in the Rumbai Coastal District. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This study uses the Snowball Sampling technique with the Key Informant Head of Water Resources at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Pekanbaru City. Analysis of the data used is the triangulation technique. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the maximum implementation of the Pekanbaru City Reg-ulation Number 10 of 2006 concerning Water Resources and Infiltration Wells in the District of Rumbai Coastal with various kinds and kinds of problems both from the aspect of communication between agencies, socialization carried out was not optimal, oversight carried out weak. The inhib-iting factors are the lack of good communication between agencies, the ineffectiveness of supervi-sion conducted, the bureaucratic flow that is not clear and not carried out socialization.]]>
