<![CDATA[Poverty, Innovation and Hope Family Program. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Hope Family Program Policy Innovation in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency and to find out what are the supporting factors and inhibitors. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Informants in this study were heads of social protection and security, district coordinators, district operators, social welfare officers, sub-district coordinators, social assistants, beneficiary families, independent bank employees. Techniques for collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through stages, starting from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the family planning program policy innovations in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency has not run optimally.]]>
