<![CDATA[This research aims to determine: The impact of workplace culture on the competence of employees BCA KCU Kendari, Effect of workplace culture on employee performance BCA KCU Kendari, Effect of human resources development for the competence of employees of BCA KCU Kendari, Effect of human resource development to performance BCA KCU employees Kendari, Effect of competence on employee performance BCA KCU Kendari. This research of employee performance BCA KCU Kendari. The population in this study are all servants of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat totaling 68 people. Analysis of data used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study concluded that: (1) Work culture positive and significant effect on the competence. (2) Work culture positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Development of human resources and a significant positive effect on the competence. (4) Development of human resources is not significant positive effect on the performance of BCA KCU Kendari (5) Competence significant positive effect on employee performance BCA KCU Kendari.]]>
