Abstract. To determine the factors that influence the failure of exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months at UPT Puskesmas Kajuara in 2021. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which aims to present the factors that influence the failure of exclusive breastfeeding in infants 0-6 months by describing a number of variables. The research used is descriptive analysis with a cross sectional approach, meaning that the measurement of variables is only done once at a time. The population in this study were all mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding in the work scope of the UPT Puskesmas Kajuara Kec. Champion So that the number of samples was determined as many as 25 people. Results: The results showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Kajuara, with the chi square test results obtained p-value = 0.123 p <0.05. There is a relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Kajuara, with the results of the chi square test, p-value = 0.001 p> 0.0. Abstrak. Untuk Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di UPT Puskesmas Kajuara tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang tujuannya untuk menyajikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruh kegagalan pemberian Asi Eksklusif pada bayi 0-6 bulan dengan cara mendiskripsikan sejumlah variabel. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional artinya pengukuran variabel hanya dilakukan satu kali pada satu saat yang sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memberikan Asi Eksklusif di lingkup kerja UPT Puskesmas Kajuara Kec. Kajuara Sehingga ditentukan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 25 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan pemberian Asi Ekskl*-sif di UPT Puskesmas Kajuara, Dengan hasi uji chi square test didapatkan p-value=0,123 p<0,05. Ada hubungan Dukungan Keluarrga dengan pemberian Asi Eksklusif di UPT Puskesmas Kajuara, dengan hasil uji chi square test didapatkan p-value=0,001 p>0,0.
