Abstract

Background : The recovery supplementary feeding program is a follow-up to the treatment of malnourished children under five. However, there are still obstacles in its implementation. Sukolilo Village with its intermediate posyandu succeeded in reducing cases of malnutrition, while the increase in cases occurred in KedumulyoVillage which has an independent posyandu. So this study aims to evaluate the implementation of the PMT-P program in terms of process. Method : Type of research is qualitative that used case study with a explanatory approach. Nine informants were selected through by purposive sampling. Data analysis was used descriptive analysis. Result : In terms of implementation, it is still lacking because the distribution has not been given according to HMA. In terms of monitoring, there are family members who also consume the package. The aspect of recording and reporting is still lacking because mothers under five do not carry out simple notes and cadres and midwives have not reported in accordance with the activity reporting form. Conclution : The PMT-P program at the intermediate and independent posyandu has not been efficient in increasing the weight of the target children under five because there are still obstacles in the implementation of the program.
