PELAKSANAAN REFORMASI BIROKRASI DENGAN PEMBANGUNAN ZONA INTEGRITAS PADA KEMENTERIAN PERINDUSTRIAN

Bureaucracy reform is one of the first steps to make structuring system of good governance, effective and efficient. The Ministry of Industry undertakes the development of the Integrity Zone in the framework of achieving bureaucratic reform. This study aims to find out how the implementation and measurement of Integrity Zone development at the Ministry of Industry. This research method using descriptive research method. The results showed that the implementation of integrity zone of the Ministry of Industry was implemented based on Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia 108/M-IND / PER / 12/2015. While the measurement of integrity zone is done on 48 work units of the Ministry of Industry through independent LKE application.
