Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring kesadaran masyarakat akan makanan sehat permintaan kedelai Edamame di Kalimantan Selatan semakin meningkat namun sebagian besar dipasok dari wilayah Jawa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran analisa usaha dan kelayakan usaha tani edamame studi kasus PWMP ZAAR SMKPPN Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan data primer secara wawancara mendalam terhadap responden dan data sekunder diambil dari hasil catatan usaha dan studi literatur. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, Revenue Cost Ratio ( R/C) dan Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada Kelompok PWMP ZAAR dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani edamame menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan. Dengan luas usaha 0,45 ha dengan periode waktu 3 bulan memerlukan total biaya sebesar Rp 13.616.604,- total penerimaan sebesar Rp. 28.980.000,- dan keuntungan sebesar Rp.15.363.396,- dengan nilai R/C 2,13 dan B/C 1,13. Kata Kunci: Edamame, Analisa Usaha, Kelayakan Usaha ABSTRACT Along with public awareness of healthy food, demand for Edamame soybeans in South Kalimantan is increasing, but most of this is supplied from the Java region. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of business analysis and feasibility of Edamame farming, a case study of PWMP (The growth of Young Agricultural Enterpreneur) ZAAR Agriculture Vocational School of Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. The research method used is descriptive with a case study approach. Primary data were collected by in-depth interviews with respondents and secondary data were taken from the results of business records and literature studies. The analysis used in this research is the analysis of costs, revenues, profits, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C). Based on the results of research in the PWMP ZAAR group, it can be concluded that Edamame farming is profitable and feasible to cultivate. With a business area of ​​0.45 ha with a period of 3 months requires a total cost of Rp. 13.616.604,- total revenue of Rp. 28,980,000, - and a profit of Rp.15.363.396,- with an R/C value of 2.13 and a B/C of 1.13.
