The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) towards Return On Asset (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The object in this study is Islamic commercial banks that operated from 2010 to the period of 2012 which amounted to 11 Islamic commercial banks. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) had a significant influence towards Return on Asset (ROA). And simultaneously Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) have a significant influence on Return On Asset (ROA).
