Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Persalinan Dengan Covid-19 di RSUD Biak Numfor

Abstract

Latar Belakang: 61% wanita melaporkan dukungan yang tidak memadai untuk persalinan selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dan 20,5% melaporkan bahwa mereka tidak merasa aman melahirkan di rumah sakit . Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persalinan dengan Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian dengan desain crossectional kepada 50 orang ibu yang bersalin pada bulan Juli 2021 di RSUD Biak. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling waktu penelitian Bulan Juli 2021 dan analisi data dengan chi square. Hasil: ada hubungan antara umur (p-value 0.020), pekerjaan (p-value 0,03), paritas (p value 0,027) dengan kejadian persalinan dengan Covid-19 di RSUD Biak Numfor, tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan(p-value 0.474), dengan kejadian persalinan dengan Covid-19 di RSUD Biak. Kesimpulan: umur, pekerjaan, paritas berhubungan dengan kejadian persalinan dengan Covid-19. Background: 61% of women reported inadequate support for childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic and 20.5% reported that they did not feel safe giving birth in a hospital. Purpose: To find out the factors that affect childbirth with Covid-19. Method: Crossectional design research to 50 mothers who gave birth in July 2021 at Biak Hospital. Sampling technique with total sampling of july 2021 research time and analysis of data with chi square. Results: there was a relationship between age (p-value 0.020), employment (p-value 0.03), parity (p value 0.027) with the incidence of childbirth with Covid-19 at Biak Numfor Hospital, there was no relationship between education (p-value 0.474) with the incidence of childbirth with Covid-19 at Biak Hospital. Conclusion: age, occupation, parity were related to the incidence of childbirth with Covid-19.
