<![CDATA[Latar Belakang: Sebagian besar ibu postpartum mengalami penurunan kondisi fisik psikologi dan sosila selama menjalankan peran barunya sebagai ibu, hal ini akan berpengaruh pada kondisi psikologisnya. Yoga meruapakan salah satu alternatif terapi komplementer untuk meningktakan dan menstabilkan kondisi psikologis ibu. Tujuan: untuk mnegetahui pengruh yoga postnatal terhadap kondisi psikologis ibu postpartum. Metode: Quasi experiment dengan pre test and post test, 24 orang ibu postpartum,tehnik pengambilan data random sampling waktu penelitian Oktober 2020- April 2021 dan analisi data dengan paired sample t test. Hasil: Adanya pengaruh yoga postnatal terhadap kondisi psikologis ibu sebelum dan sesudah melakukan yoga postnatal P value (0.000) < α (0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh Yoga postnatal terhadap kondisi psikologis postpartum. Background: Most postpartum mothers experience a decrease in their physical, psychological and social conditions while carrying out their new role as mothers, this will affect their psychological condition. Yoga is an alternative to complementary therapy to improve and stabilize the mother's psychological condition.
