The government through E-Procurement started the process of procurement of goods/services with the issuance of Presidential Decree Number 80 of 2003 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Government Goods/Services Procurement. Electronic facilities began to be used in the innovation of procurement of goods/services which was later referred to as E-Procurement. This study aims to find out how the application of the sistem procurement of goods and services using a web-based application implemented in the city of Palangkaraya in creating clean and good governance. The method used is a qualitative method. E-Procurement is expected to be able to facilitate transparent and accountable procurement activities, and provide real-time and integrated data. During the implementation of E-Procurement in the city of Palangkaraya, the obstacles found can still be handled properly. With the implementation of electronic procurement of goods/services, all of which are handled by the system and can be supervised by anyone who accesses the LPSE page in Palangkaraya city, thus reducing the opportunity to cheat.
