<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample determination model in this study uses the slovin method, where the respondesnt are 107 people and after the slovin method is 52 people. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture also has a significant effect on employee performance. Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BPTU-HPT) Sembawa company has created a safe and comfortable atmosphere that makes the relationship between leaders and employees run well. Leaders provide opportunities for employees to tackle new issues that will increase their confidence and experience. The company also gives employees rewards for those who can complete tasks well.]]>
