Abstract

ABSTRACTThe influence Of Styles Of Leadership To Work Satisfaction Effect On Employees Performance At The Department of trade Samarinda cityby Usep Sumaryana1401026114The objective of this research is to know the effect of styles of leadership to work satisfaction and effect on employees performance At The Department of trade Samarinda cityData collected through distribution of questionnaires toward the employe At The Department of trade Samarinda city and 65 out of all population were taken as respondents. Analysis of data in this research using PLS Analysis.Analysis result demonstrates that the autocratic leadership style have a positive and unsignificant influence toward work satisfaction, democratic leadership style have a positive and unsignificant influence toward work satisfaction and charismatic leadership style have a positive and significant influence toward work satisfaction. While the autocratic leadership style have a positive and unsignificant influence toward employees performance, democratic leadership style have a positive and significant influence toward employees performance and charismatic leadership style have a positive and unsignificant influence toward work employees performance. While work satisfaction have a positive and unsignificant influence toward employees performance.
