<![CDATA[ABSTRAKInformasi yang tersebar luas dimasyarakat sangat banyak dan datang terus-menerus tanpa henti,dan dari banyaknya berita dan informasi tentu akan banyak juga pengaruh negatif dan pemalsuan informasi atau biasa dikenal dengan berita hoax. Media massa juga berpengaruh besar akan tersebar informasi-informasi hoax tersebut. Dan dalam pencegahan informasi hoax tersebut perlunya pemahaman literasi media masyarakat dalam pencegahan informasi hoax. Sangat mudahnya akses informasi dan hal lainnya ke internet atau media sosial yang akan memudahkan berita-berita yang tidak benar juga ikut terekspos sehingga sangat cepat berita bohong atau hoax diterima dimasyarakat mangka dari itu artikel ini bertujuan untuk pencegahan hal tersebut dan meningkatkan pemahaman literasi media dimasyarakat dalam pencegahan informasi hoax.Kata Kunci : Berita Bohong (hoax), Literasi Media, Pencegahan Informasi Hoax. ABSTRACTInformation that is widely spread in the community is very much and comes continuosly without stopping, and from the abundance of news and information, of course there will also be many negative influences and falsification of information or commonly known as hoax news.
