Abstract. The purpose of this research is to be able to examine the effect of the effectiveness of PKB collection and also the effectiveness of BBNKB on the effectiveness of PAD receipts in Bandung City Region I Padjajaran in 2018-2021. This research method is using a quantitative verification approach. The population is in the form of realization reports and budget targets that have been registered since the enactment of Law No. 28 of 2009 on all UPTDs at the Regional Revenue Agency of West Java Province, which are as many as 34 regions. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The survey sample focused on data from the realization reports and monthly budget targets registered with the UPTD in the City of Padjadjaran Bandung I West Java between 2018 and 2021 using rice field documentation techniques. The hypothesis testing here uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23. Where the results of the study show the effectiveness of PKB collection has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of PAD receipts and also the effectiveness of BBNKB has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of PAD receipts. Suggestions for further researchers are expected in the future to be able to expand the reach and increase the research sample so that it is not only limited to the Bandung City area but can also be in other areas. Abstrak. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk dapat meneliti pengaruh dari efektivitas pemungutan PKB dan juga efektivitas BBNKB terhadap efektivitas penerimaan PAD di Kota Bandung Wilayah I Padjajaran pada Tahun 2018-2021. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif kuantitatif. Populasinya berupa laporan realisasi dan target anggaran yang terdaftar sejak berlakunya UU No 28 Th.2009 pada seluruh UPTD pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat yaitu sebanyak 34 wilayah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel survei difokuskan pada data dari laporan realisasi dan target anggaran bulanan yang terdaftar pada UPTD di Wilayah Kota Padjadjaran Bandung I Jawa Barat antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi persawahan. Pengujian hipotesis disini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 23.Di mana hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas pemungutan PKB memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas penerimaan PAD dan juga efektivitas BBNKB memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas penerimaan PAD. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan pada masa mendatang untuk dapat memperluas jangkauan dan memperbanyak sampel penelitian agar tidak hanya terbatas pada wilayah Kota Bandung saja tetapi dapat juga di wilayah lainnya.
