PROFIL KADAR TSH DAN FT4 PADA PASIEN HIPERTIROID DI POLI SUB ENDOKRIN RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN PERIODE 2017-2018

Abstract: Hyperthyroidism is a condition of the thyroid gland enlargement. TSH and FT4 test is carried out before determining diagnosis and treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of TSH and FT4 levels of hyperthyroid patients in Sub Endocrine Department of General Ulin Hospital in Banjarmasin based on age, sex, and place of residence of patients. This research is descriptive with a retrospective approach. A total of 157 hyperthyroid patients were totally sampled according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of this study showed that there were 137 patients with clinical hyperthyroidsm (87.27%) and 20 patients with subclinical hyperthyroidsm (12.73%). All the hyperthyroid patients in the 2017-2018 period who were recorded, there were more women with 105 people (60.20%) while the male patients were 52 people (39.80%). The results of the recording showed that hyperthyroid patients in Sub Endocrine Department of General Ulin Hospital in Banjarmasin were more than 46-55 years old (29.93%) and Banjarmasin  was the area most place of recidence of  hyperthyroid patients with 89 patients (56,68%). Keywords: TSH, FT4, Hyperthyroidsm Abstrak: Hipertiroid adalah suatu keadaan terjadinya pembesaran kelenjar tiroid. Pemeriksaan TSH dan FT4 dilakukan sebelum menentukan diagnosis dan pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil kadar TSH dan FT4 pasien hipertiroid di Poli Sub Endokrin RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dilihat berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan tempat tinggal pasien. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Sebanyak 157 pasien hipertiroid didapat secara totally sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 137 pasien hipertiroid klinis (87,27%) dan 20 pasien hipertiroid subklinis  (12,73%). Semua pasien hipertiroid periode 2017-2018 yang tercatat, ditemukan lebih banyak berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 105 orang (60,20%) sedangkan pasien laki-laki 52 orang (39,80%). Hasil pencatatan menunjukan bahwa pasien hipertiroid di Poli Sub Endokrin RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin lebih banyak berusia 46-55 tahun (29,93%) dan kota Banjarmasin menjadi daerah tempat tinggal pasien hipertiroid terbanyak yaitu 89 pasien (56,68%). Kata-kata kunci: TSH, FT4, Hipertiroid
