The objective of the research is to examine the variables of emotional intelligence, organizational support and organizational culture at organizational citizenship behavior at PMI Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by the non-probability method with saturated samples. Of the 55 questionnaires distributed, 49 returned. The results of the study indicate that the variable Emotional Intelligence does not have a positive and significant effect on OCB, and there is a positive and significant influence on the variable Organizational Support with OCB, and there is a positive and significant effect of the variable Organizational Culture with OCB.
