AbstrakRumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak penggunaan aplikasi berbasis online food delivery atas tingkat pendapatan usaha kuliner di Kota Makassar. Tujuan penelitian adalah memberikan gambaran dampak penggunaan aplikasi online food devivery atas pendapatan usaha kuliner di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian tentang data yang dikumpulkan dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk hasil wawancara antara peneliti dan informan. Proses pengumpulan informasi dikumpulkan dari para pelaku usaha kuliner yang memasarkan produknya melalui aplikasi berbasis online food delivery dalam hal ini Gofood dan Grabfood yang sudah beroperasi lebih dari satu tahun di Kota Makassar. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi online food delivery bagi para pelaku usaha kuliner di Kota Makassar sangat menunjang peningkatan pendapatan usaha mereka. Sehingga dengan adanya kenaikan omzet pendapatan yang diperoleh bukan tidak mungkin mereka akan terus menggunakan fitur online food delivery tersebut. Meskipun ada beberapa pelaku usaha memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan kerja sama dengan pihak online food delivery. Adanya penggunaan aplikasi online food delivery tersebut tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan usaha kuliner, meningkatkan perekonomian, memberikan kemudahan bagi para konsumen, namun juga menjadi salah satu motivasi bagi para pengusaha kuliner untuk mampu memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada demi mempertahankan kelanjutan bisnis mereka.Kata Kunci: Online, Food, Delivery, Gofood, GrabfoodAbstractThe formulation of the problem in this study is how the impact of using online food delivery-based applications on the level of income for culinary businesses in Makassar City. The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the impact of using online food devivery applications on the income of culinary businesses in Makassar City. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research on data collected and expressed in the form of interviews between researchers and informants. The process of collecting information is collected from culinary business actors who market their products through online food delivery-based applications, in this case Gofood and Grabfood, which have been operating for more than one year in Makassar City. The results of the study show that the use of online food delivery applications for culinary business actors in Makassar City greatly supports increasing their business income. So with the increase in revenue turnover, it is not impossible that they will continue to use the online food delivery feature. Although there are several business actors who have decided not to continue their cooperation with online food delivery parties. The use of the online food delivery application not only increases the income of the culinary business, improves the economy, provides convenience for consumers, but also becomes one of the motivations for culinary entrepreneurs to be able to take advantage of existing technological developments in order to maintain the continuity of their business..Keywords: Online, Food, Delivery, Gofood, Grabfood
