The community is unique when viewed from the location of its existence and its members. Cotto' batik community consists of founders, caregivers and students as members. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the learning strategy of the Cotto' batik community, the design of the learning model, the interaction pattern, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Cotto' batik community.The results obtained from this study are to explain the learning strategies of the Cotto' batik community including material explanations, group learning, assessment, and team recognition. Explaining the design of the learning model includes models, materials, and evaluations. Explaining the interaction patterns of the Cotto' batik community including the pattern of community interaction with santri and the pattern of community interaction with the surrounding community. Explain the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Cotto' batik community.After doing the research, it was found that the factor of inadequate facilities and infrastructure had an important role in determining the success of batik learning carried out by the Cotto' batik community. the use of social media also contributes to the marketing of products produced by the community so that it can be known more widely in the market. With the adoption of batik culture research conducted at the Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school, it is hoped that it can provide a way out or a solution for the community in the Islamic boarding school to continue to work to maintain its existence and maintain ancestral heritage to preserve the batik culture that has been carried out from generation to generation so that the culture of The batik making done at the Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school does not disappear with the development of an increasingly modern era.Keywords: Learning Strategy, Learning Model Design, Interaction Pattern, Cotto' Batik Community, Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Batik
