This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Bima. The type of research used in this serearch is quantitative and the method used in this this sampling is saturated sampling or census. The number of samples in this study were 35 responden.The instrument used is a questionnaire using a likers scale. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the t-count value is 5.148 while the t-table value is 1.692.These results indicate that the value (t-count > t-table), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that knowledge has a signifcant infuluence on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Bima.
