<![CDATA[Therapeutic group therapy for preschoolers is an effort to promote mental health in preschool children. This study aims to elaborate on the opportunities for online preschool-age therapeutic group therapy during the Covid-19 pandemic as an effort to optimize children's development. The method used a literature review. Based on the literature searches from several online databases such as Scopus, Science Direct, Wiley Online Library, EBSCOhost, ProQuest, and Google Scholar, 6 articles were reviewed. Therapeutic group therapy for preschool children can increase the knowledge and abilities of parents in stimulating aspects of child development and increase the development of children's initiatives. During the Covid-19 pandemic, online-based therapeutic group therapy in preschoolers has opportunities for its implementation as well as various challenges. More quality research is needed, especially regarding the results of comparing the effects of online group therapy.]]>
