<![CDATA[Abstract: This article on the principle of justice is intended to explore how the existence of the justice, both related to its meaning and in terms of the application of justice in several aspects of life in society, including legal, socio-economic and political aspects. Through library research, namely reviewing and analyzing writings from various literatures, it can be seen that justice is the will for equal rights and truth which is embedded as a principle in the soul of every person as sunnatullah. Justice can be applied to every line of people's lives and will lead to peace and happiness of society in general. The reality of injustice that occurs in its application can be influenced by a person's internal condition, which may be due to ignorance and may also be due to excessive earthly ambition, even though it is against his hearth that wants justice.]]>
