Covid-19 is a public health emergency of international concern. This disease can spread quickly and can be transmitted from human to human through coughing / sneezing (droplets). The food and beverage industry or the organization of food and beverage procurement that aims to process or serve food and beverages to consumers is one of the industries that must continue to run during the Covid-19 outbreak. Food and beverage management must have principles that must be adhered to in order to produce food and beverages that are safe for consumers. This study aims to determine the application of personal hygiene for food and beverage handlers during the Covid-19 pandemic at Mitra Kuliner, Orchid Loka, Bumi Serpong Damai, South Tangerang City. Using a cross-sectional design, conducted from March to August 2021, the number of respondents was 60 people, the data were analyzed in univariate form to describe all variables and bivariate form to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable using the Chi Square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between age, gender and final education level with personal hygiene, and there was a relationship between the respondent's length of work, level of knowledge and attitude with personal hygiene. There is a need for continuous assistance regarding the application of personal hygiene even though the Covid-19 pandemic has ended so that the implementation of personal hygiene at Mitra Kuliner, Orchid Loka, Bumi Serpong Damai, South Tangerang City is even better so as to produce food and drinks that are safe for consumers. ABSTRAKCovid-19 sebagai darurat kesehatan masyarakat yang menjadi perhatian internasional. Penyakit ini dapat dengan cepat menyebar dan dapat menular dari manusia ke manusia melalui percikan batuk / bersin (droplet). Industri makanan dan minuman atau penyelenggaran pengadaan makanan dan minuman yang bertujuan mengolah atau menyajikan makanan dan minuman untuk konsumen, adalah salah satu industri yang harus tetap berjalan selama wabah Covid-19 melanda. Pengelolaan makanan dan minuman wajib mempunyai prinsip-prinsip yang harus dipatuhi agar menghasilkan makanan dan minuman yang aman bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan personal hygiene penjamah makanan dan minuman selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di Mitra Kuliner, Anggrek Loka, Bumi Serpong Damai, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Menggunakan rancangan cross-sectional, dilakukan dari bulan Maret - Agustus 2021, jumlah responden 60 orang, data dianalisis dengan bentuk univariat untuk mendiskripsikan seluruh variabel dan bentuk bivariate untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat usia, jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan akhir dengan personal hygiene, dan terdapat hubungan antara lama responden bekerja, tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap dengan personal hygiene. Perlu adanya pendampingan terus menerus mengenai penerapan personal hygiene walaupun pandemi Covid-19 telah selesai agar penerapan personal hygiene di Mitra Kuliner, Anggrek Loka, Bumi Serpong Damai, Kota Tangerang Selatan lebih baik lagi sehingga menghasilkan makanan dan minuman yang aman bagi konsumen.
