Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam meningkatkan kepuasan pemustaka selama  pandemi covid 19 perpustakaan USK tetap memberikan layanan yang prima bagi pemustaka. Saat pendemi covid melanda  maka akses masuk ke perpustakaan dibatasi untuk menghindari meningkatnya covid 19, maka dibuatlah salah satu aplikasi booking book untuk pemustaka yang ingin meminjam koleksi buku yang ada di perpustakaan. Pemustaka yang sudah membooking buku dapat langsung meminjam buku yang sudah disiapkan oleh petugas bagian layanan booking book. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2021, data yang diambil adalah dengan menganalis data lime survey yang diisi oleh pemustaka selama tahun 2021, dimana hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa  penilaian terhadap pemanfaatan aplikasi booking book sangat membatu pemustaka dengan rata-rata jawaban sangat setuju 564 orang, setuju 616 orang, kurang setuju 93 orang, tidak setuju 15 orang, dan sangat tidak setuju 64 orang. Berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pemanfaatan aplikasi booking book selama pandemi covid 19 sangat membantu pemustaka dalam mencari judul informasi buku yang hendak dipinjam.Kata Kunci: Booking book, Kepuasan Pemustaka, Layanan Online ABSTRACT In increasing user satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic, the USK library continues to provide excellent service for users. When the covid pandemic hit, access to the library was limited to avoid the increase in covid 19, so a booking book application was made for users who wanted to borrow a collection of books in the library. Readers who have already booked books can directly borrow books that have been prepared by the booking book service officer. This research was conducted in 2021, the data taken was by analyzing the lime survey data filled out by users during 2021, where the results showed that the assessment of the use of the booking book application was very helpful for users with an average answer of 564 people strongly agreeing, 616 people agreeing. 93 people disagree, 15 people disagree, and 64 people strongly disagree. This means that it can be concluded that the level of utilization of the booking book application during the covid 19 pandemic is very helpful for users in finding the title of the book information that they want to borrow. Keywords: Booking book, User Satisfaction, Online Service
