<![CDATA[The decrease of maternal mortality rate as one of the goals in the MDGs, also becomes the top priority in the strategic plan of Health Department of Polewali Mandar. The variety of resource constraints in the implementation of the strategic plan make the government sets some efficiency actions, one of them is involving many parties and forming networks with both communities and the private sector. This study aims to describe, analyze and interpret various forms of cooperation network from many actors involved in the implementation of the strategic plan of Health Department of Polewali Mandar in improving maternal health. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach. The results indicate the implementation of the strategic plan is not fully engaged all potential actors. The low awareness, commitment and involvement of village leaders in effort to prevent and resolve health problems is one of the obstacles especially in improving maternal health in the  that district. uage:ZHCmo)`+guage:AR-SA>.]]>
