<![CDATA[PT. SMART, Tbk. is an agribusiness company focused on the production and processing of palm oil into industrial and consumer products. The compatibility of actual quantity with nominal quantity that declared on a prepackage is one of the quality specifications that must be met in the cooking oil filling process. Quantity compatibility is controlled to minimize oil loss while meeting the policy of prepackaged. The company controls quantity compatibility by evaluating the filling machines’ performance monthly. The purpose of this study is to design dashboards as machine performance analysis tools of Thimonnier 4, Thimonnier 5, Thimonnier 6, and Emec 16N at PT. SMART, Tbk. Microsoft Excel is used to design the dashboards and Statistical Process Control (SPC) method is used for machine performance analysis in this study. Cp, Cpk, and sigma level are the statistical parameters used to measure machine performance. The result of the analysis is machines’ precision and accuracy level are still low in producing products that fit the target specifications.]]>
