PENGARUH DER DAN CR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PT BAKRIE PLANTATIONS TBK PERIODE 2015 - 2019

Selama 5 (lima) tahun terakhir nilai equity perusahaan terus mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Dan Cash Ratio terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan PT Bakrie Platations Tbk Periode 2015 - 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS Versi 23. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dari uji t secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel DER (X1) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y) sedangkan variabel cash ratio (X2) secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). Dari hasil uji F Secara simultan Harga Saham (Y) dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama (simultan) dan signifikan oleh variabel DER (X1) dan Cash Ratio (X2). Hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukkan nilai FhitungFtabel yaitu 56,754 10,13 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,017 0,05. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,983. Hal ini berarti 98,3% Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan PT Bakrie Sumatera Platations Tbk periode 2015 – 2019 dipengaruhi oleh DER (X1) dan Cash Ratio (X2). Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 1,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.During the last 5 (five) years, the company's equity value has continued to decline. This study will analyze the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Cash Ratio on Stock Prices at PT Bakrie Platations Tbk for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 23 program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis from the t test partially shows that the DER variable (X1) partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices (Y) while the cash ratio variable (X2) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices (Y) . From the results of the F test, the stock price (Y) is simultaneously and significantly influenced by the variables DER (X1) and Cash Ratio (X2). The results of statistical calculations show that the value of Fcount Ftable is 56.754 10.13 and a significance of 0.017 0.05. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.983. This means that 98.3% of the Share Price at PT Bakrie Sumatera Platations Tbk for the period 2015-2019 was influenced by DER (X1) and Cash Ratio (X2). While the remaining 1.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
