Abstract

Abstrak Tata karma, sopan santun dan budaya bangsa sudah menjadi ciri khas dari bangsa Indonesia. Seperti bersalaman, menundukan badan, tidak berkata kasar dan lainya. Namun, adatdan sopan santun ini kian hari kian memudar, khususnya di kalangan anak-anak. Hal ini disebabkan karena modernisasi zaman yang membuat budaya-budaya luar masuk melalui teknologi informasi yang semakin maju, yang belum tentu selaras dengan norma yang diajari orang tua. Pergeseran moral ini bukan hanya menjadi tanggung jawab dari sekolah sepeti guru, tetapi juga orang tua masing-masing anak. Pendidikan di Indonesia harus berpegang terhadap ciri khas bagsa Indonesia yang berbudaya. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari para pemuda mengenai tata karma, budaya pendidikan dan minat belajar pada anak sudah terpapar modernisasi teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membagikan pertanyaan yang berisi tentang pertanyaan pengetahuan, pendapat, dan pengamatan dari para orang tua yang memiliki anak mengenai isu degradasi moral. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya degradasi moral anak pada beberapa skema kebiasaan tata karma dan budaya bangsa dan penurunan minat unuk belajar.  Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kontribusi dari berbagai pihak untuk mengatasi masalah ini demi mendapatkan generasi dengan menciptakan anak di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi. AbstractManners and national culture have become the hallmark of the Indonesian nation. Such as shaking hands, lowering the body, not saying rude and others. However, these customs and manners are fading day by day, especially among children. This is due to the modernization of the era which makes foreign cultures enter through increasingly advanced information technology, which is not necessarily in harmony with the norms taught by parents. This moral shift is not only the responsibility of schools such as teachers, but also the parents of each child. Education in Indonesia must adhere to the characteristics of the cultured Indonesian nation. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out the responses of youth regarding manners, educational culture and interest in learning in children who have been exposed to technological modernization. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The research was conducted by distributing questions containing questions of knowledge, opinions, and observations from parents who have children regarding the issue of moral degradation. The results of this study indicate that there is a moral degradation of children in several schemes of habits of etiquette and national culture and a decrease in interest in learning. Therefore, contributions from various parties are needed to overcome this problem in order to get a generation by creating children in the midst of the rapid development of technology and globalization.
