<![CDATA[To achieve the highest level of public health, the government must continue to implement a variety of policies that promote the prosperity of the populace. Indonesia has thus established a BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) program in a number of regions, particularly in East Aceh. "Health" is a condition of complete mental, physical, and social well-being that enables one to lead a socially and economically productive life. The implementation of a policy is the most important aspect of an activity. Therefore, not all policies are independently implemented, but policy implementation is a rational and emotional process. Because public policy is a decision to act, it is typically a collective effort to address social problems. According to the findings of the study, the Zubir Mahmud Hospital has effectively administered the JKN National Health Insurance service. However, administrative issues remain at the heart of the issue. There are still obstacles to the implementation of BPJS policies and JKN services between BPJS facilities, services, and contributions.]]>
