Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Pemberian Air Gula Merah Terhadap Daya Tahan Aerobik Pemain Sepak Bola di Semarang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain sepak bola di Klub UKK FC. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS 25 kolmogrov-smirnov, dan uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan VO²max dengan perlakuan air putih diperoleh nilai mean sebesar 39,33±2,67 ml/kg/menit. VO²max dengan pemberian air gula merah diperoleh nilai mean sebesar 43,11±2,29 ml/kg/menit. Hasil yang diperoleh menggunakan uji normalitas data Kolmogrov-Smirnov nilai signifikansi 0,2 > 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian melalui uji paired t-test menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh antara pemberian air gula merah terhadap daya tahan aerobik. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pemberian air gula merah terhadap daya tahan aerobik pada pemain sepak bola di Semarang. Abstract The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether giving football players in Semarang brown sugar water has an impact on their ability to maintain aerobic endurance. All of the football players at UKK FC Club made up the study's population. There were 11 participants in the study's sample. This method of research is quantitative and is an example of experimental research. Purposive sampling, or the process of choosing the sample with specific goals in mind, was the sampling technique used. paired t-test and Kolmogrov-Smirnov data analysis methods with IBM SPSS 25. The findings demonstrated that VO2max after water treatment had a mean value of 39.332.67 ml/kg/minute. A mean value of 43.11 2.29 ml/kg/minute of VO2max was attained by consuming brown sugar as water. We may infer that the data is normally distributed from the results of the Kolmogrov-Smirnov data normality test, which had a significance level of 0.2 > 0.05. According to the study's findings from the paired t-test, the administration of brown sugar to water has an impact on aerobic endurance (p value: 0.002 < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is consuming brown sugar water has an impact on the aerobic endurance of Semarang soccer players.
