<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) in Kubung District, Solok Regency. Based on the problems and objectives of this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and purposive sampling techniques for selecting informants. The data collection is done by observation, interview and documentatio studies. The results of the study indicate that effectiveness of implementing integrated sub district administrative service in Kubung sub district Solok district is not effective enought. This can be seen from the unrealized aspects of the success of the program, people who are not satisfied with the service, and the overall program objectives have not been achieved. But in terms of the success of the target and the level of input and output has been quite realize.In addition, there are obstacles in the application of PATEN, which are seen from inadequate facilities and infrastructure, not yet maximal use of technology, the process of delivering information is not maximized and the lack of community participation in the PATEN program. Based on the research result,it is expected that the Kubung sub-District government will maximize the provision of facilities and infrastructure and realize the overall goals of PATEN.]]>
