<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the work quality of Gojek online transportation mode drivers, the inhibiting factors in improving the quality of work and the solutions offered by Gojek online transportation in minimizing obstacles. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, this research uses data collection techniques using interviews, observations and document studies. The results of this study are: 1) in carrying out work, the Gojek online transportation driver is quite good and the driver is assessed based on the points on the Gojek online transportation driver account. 2) In improving the work quality of Gojek online transportation drivers, there are several obstacles, such as the driver's education level, pressure, to the driver's emotions. 3) The solution provided by Gojek online transportation is to provide training every month with different materials and rewards for each driver who excels.]]>
