Abstrak Tingkat ketidakrataan jalan merupakan parameter untuk mengukur kekasaran ruas permukaan jalan dengan International Roughness Index. Alat pengujian lain yang lebih ekonomis dan objektif terdapat aplikasi smartphone Roadbump Pro dan Roadroid. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan penilaian kekasaran permukaan jalan dan membandingkan tingkat efektivitas dalam perhitungan nilai kekasaran pada ruas perkerasan kaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis nilai kekasaran permukaan berdasarkan variasi kecepatan antara aplikasi smartphone Roadbump Pro dan Roadroid. Penelitian dilakukan pada perkerasan kaku di ruas Jalan Bypass Nagreg - Cicalengka dengan variasi kecepatan 20, 40, dan 60 km/jam menggunakan jenis kendaraan tipe Multi Purpose Vehicle. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbandingan hasil aplikasi roadbump pro dengan roadroid pada ruas jalan perkerasan kaku menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi terbesar senilai R² sebesar 0.5183. Terdapat hubungan kuat antara aplikasi Roadroid dengan Roadbump Pro pada lajur 1 di kecepatan 60 km/jam. Hasil nilai rata-rata kekasaran jalan pada kedua aplikasi disimpulkan aplikasi Roadroid lebih akurat dalam menentukan nilai kekasaran IRI, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat untuk menilai kondisi permukaan kekasaran jalan. Abstract The level of road unevenness is a parameter to measure the roughness of the road surface using the International Roughness Index. Another test tool that is more economical and objective is the Roadbump Pro and Roadroid smartphone applications. The purpose of the study was to determine differences in road surface roughness assessment and to compare the level of effectiveness in calculating the roughness value on rigid pavement sections. The research method used is a quantitative method with an analysis of surface roughness values based on speed variations between the Roadbump Pro and Roadroid smartphone applications. The research was conducted on rigid pavement on the Nagreg - Cicalengka Bypass Road section with variations in speed of 20, 40, and 60 km/hour using a Multi Purpose Vehicle type vehicle. The results showed that the comparison of the results of the roadbump pro application with the roadroid on the rigid pavement resulted in the largest correlation coefficient value of R² is 0.5183. There is a strong relationship between the Roadroid application and Roadbump Pro in lane 1 at a speed of 60 km/hour. The results of the average value of road roughness in both applications concluded that the Roadroid application was more accurate in determining the IRI roughness value, so that it could be used as a tool to assess road surface roughnessin determining the IRI roughness value.
