<![CDATA[Sanitation clinic services at the Jetis Health Center focus on curative efforts aimed at healing patients, especially those with acute respiratory infections. Therefore, research is needed which aims to determine the relationship between the use of sanitation clinics and the incidence of acute respiratory infections in the working area of the Jetis Health Center, Madiun Regency. This study used a case control design, involving 52 respondents selected by simple random sampling technique, consisting of 26 cases and 26 controls. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the p value = 0.035, with an odds ratio = 4.714. It was concluded that there was a relationship between clinical utilization and the incidence of acute respiratory infections in the working area of the Jetis Health Center, Madiun Regency.Keywords: sanitation clinic; utilization; acute respiratory infection ABSTRAK Pelayanan Klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas Jetis berfokus pada upaya kuratif yang bertujuan untuk penyembuhan pasien terutama pada penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan akut. Maka diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemanfaatan klinik sanitasi dengan kejadian infeksi saluran pernapasan akut di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jetis Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan case control, yang melibatkan 52 responden yang diplih dengan teknik simple random sampling, terdiri atas 26 kasus dan 26 kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p = 0,035, dengan oddt ratio = 4,714.
