Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan bauran pemasaran dalampemasaran telur ayam ras di peternakan Awang Long Farm Sangatta UtaraKabupaten Kutai Timur Kalimantan Timur berdasarkan aspek pasar, produk, promosi,dan tempat. Pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai dari bulan April sampai Mei tahun 2021di Peternakan Awang Long Farm Desa Sangatta Utara. Pada penelitian ini, purposivesampling digunakan sebagai teknik sampling, Objek penelitian dipilih secara sengaja(purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa peternakan Awang Long Farm merupakansalah satu peternakan yang baru beroperasi dan memiliki sekitar 6000 ekor ayampetelur. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan metode skoringmenggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bauranpemasaran (marketing mix) dalam pemasaran telur ayam ras yang terdiri atas empataspek pemasaran yaitu produk, harga, tempat dan promosi pada peternakan AwangLong Farm tergolong baik dengan nilai 29 yang berada pada interval nilai 26.7 – 37.3. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the application of the marketing mixin marketing chicken eggs at Awang Long Farm, North Sangatta, East Kutai, EastKalimantan based on market, product, promotion, and place aspects. The researchwas carried out from April to May 2021 at Awang Long Farm, North Sangatta Village.In this study, purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique. The object of thisresearch was chosen purposively with the consideration that Awang Long Farm is oneof the newly operating farms and has about 6000 laying hens. Data analysis wascarried out descriptively with a scoring method using a Likert Scale. The resultsshowed that the application of the marketing mix in marketing chicken eggs whichconsisted of four marketing aspects, namely product, price, place and promotion at Awang Long Farm was classified as good with a value of 29 which was in the intervalvalue of 26.7 – 37.3.Keywords : Analysis, marketing mix, layer, east kutai
