Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Burnout terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan uji pengaruh stres kerja dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia dengan cara menganalisis dan membandingkan dengan teori serta penelitian terdahulu. Metode kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini melalui analisis deskriptif asosiatif kausal serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampelnya diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 160 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif memperlihatkan bahwasanya stres kerja dan burnout termasuk dalam kategori netral, sedangkan kinerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Atas dasar hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari stres kerja pada kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari burnout pada kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. Kemudian secara simultan terdapat pengaruh dari stres kerja dan burnout pada kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. Besarnya stres kerja dan burnout pada kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 46,7%, sisanya yaitu 53,3% dipengaruh oleh variabel lain yang tidak dilibatkan pada penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Burnout, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and burnout on the performance of PT Telkom Satellite Indonesia employees by analyzing and comparing with theory and previous research. Quantitative method is used as a method in this research through causal associative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was taken using a probability sampling technique with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 160 respondents. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that work stress and burnout are included in the neutral category, while the employee performance is included in the good category. Based on the results of the research conducted, partially there is a significant negative effect of work stress on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Satellite Indonesia. Partially there is a significant negative effect of burnout on the performance of PT Telkom Satellite Indonesia employees. Then simultaneously there is the effect of work stress and burnout on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Satellite Indonesia. The amount of work stress and burnout on employee performance is 46.7%, the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables that not involved in this study.
