Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Puskesmas Citta yang terletak di Desa Citta Kecamatan Citta Kabupaten Soppeng Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan/insidental bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel bila orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang telah menggunakan layanan kesehatan puskesmas citta yang berjumlah 99 orang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas pelayanan pasien pada Puskesmas Citta Kabupaten Soppeng. Sehingga disarankan untuk meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan agar pegawai dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih maksimal kepada Pasien. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Kualitas Pelayanan Abstract This research was conducted at the Citta Health Center which is located in Citta Village, Citta District, Soppeng Regency. The sampling technique used was the accidental sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample based on chance, i.e. anyone who coincidentally/incidentally met the researcher could be used as a sample if the person who happened to be met it is suitable as a data source, so the sample in this study is people who have used the health services of the citta health center, totaling 99 people. The analysis used in this research is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of research analysis, it can be concluded that employee performance affects the quality of patient care at the Citta Public Health Center, Soppeng Regency. So it is advisable to increase supervision of employees in carrying out the duties and responsibilities given so that employees can provide maximum service to patients.
