Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, organizational commitment, and job characteristics on employee performance at PT. Equity World Futures Semarang. This study uses multiple regression analysis with a sample of employees of PT. Equity World Futures Semarang. The number of samples as many as 40 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The results showed that the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had no effect on employee performance, and job characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Job Characteristics, Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, komitmen organisasional dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Equity World Futures Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan sampel karyawan PT. Equity World Futures Semarang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasional, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Kinerja Karyawan
