Abstract

Abstrak Organisasi pemerintah memiliki peran utama dalam menjalankan kegiatan pemerintahan dan pemberian pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat secara keseluruhan sebagai salah satu wujud dari pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, sehingga dibutuhkan kesiapan sumber daya manusia yang optimal. Lingkungan kerja menyangkut wadah atau tempat dimana para pegawai menjalankan setiap tugas dan pekerjaannya. Hal ini mencakup proses penerapan manajemen dan lingkungan kerja fisik, salah satunya antara lain ruangan yang nyaman dan tertata rapi, ventilasi yang baik, keamanan kerja, jam kerja yang sesuai serta keadaan lainnya yang dapat mendukung lancarnya pelaksanaan tugas. Penelitian yang akan diteliti oleh penulis adalah pegawai Kantor Camat Mulak Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan yang merupakan Lembaga atau istansi pemerintahan yang menyelenggarakan berbagai kegiatan dan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat setempat. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukannya akumulasi data sesuai dengan judul penelitian yaitu, Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Mulak Ulu Kabupaten Lahat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan sebelumnya mengenai pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pruduktivitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Camat Mulak Ulu Kabupaten Lahat, maka diperoleh kesimpulan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ituditunjukkan oleh hasil nilai uji regresi. Didukung oleh hasil uji hipotesis.Pengaruh yang signifikan artinya jika motivasi kerja mengalami peningkatan maka akan diikuti dengan peningktan kinerja pegawai dengan persentase sebesar 94%. Kata Kunci: Customer Relationship Management, Loyalitas Pelanggan. Abstract Government organizations have a major role in carrying out government activities and providing public services to the community as a whole as a manifestation of the implementation of regional autonomy, so that optimal readiness of human resources is needed. The work environment concerns the container or place where employees carry out each of their duties and work. This includes the management application process and physical work environment, one of which includes a comfortable and well-organized room, good ventilation, work security, appropriate working hours and other conditions that can support the smooth execution of tasks. The research that will be investigated by the author is the employee of the Mulak Sub-district Office, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra which is a government institution or agency that organizes various activities and public services to the local community. In this study, data accumulation will be carried out according to the research title, namely, The Effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Work Productivity of Employees of the Mulak Ulu Sub-District Office, Lahat Regency. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been stated previously regarding the DOI: https://doi.org/10.37531/sejaman.v5i1.2214 influence of motivation, physical work environment, non-physical work environment and work productivity on employee performance at the Mulak Ulu sub-district office, Lahat Regency, it is concluded that the work motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance. This is indicated by the results of the regression test scores. Supported by the results of hypothesis testing. Significant influence means that if work motivation has increased, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance with a percentage of 94%.
