<![CDATA[In adolescence there is a change of emotion, social and sexual. Sex education is very necessary for high school students to prevent free sexual activities and able to avoid other negative impacts. This study aimed to knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about sex educationThe descriptive research method to approach one shoot. Population SMAN1 Perengan students as 183 with a grade 1 samples 91 samples were determined by random sampling technique sistematic. Collecting data using a questionnaire that later processed and analyzed on the knowledge and attitudes about sex education.The results of this study showed that of the 91 respondents were knowledgeable enough obtained by 54 (59.3%), and positive attitudes about sex education as many as 48 (52.74%).Conclusion The study showed that sex education known by high school students of Parengan  is sufficient and also a positive attitude. Respondents suggested an active role in studying the sex education curriculum because not become mandatory for them, in order to prevent sexual abuseKeywords: Knowledge, attitudes, sex education ]]>
