<![CDATA[Tujuan studi ini untuk mengkaji keabsahan pembuatan akta jual beli yang didasarkan oleh jual beli pura-pura atau disebut jual beli proforma (formalitas). Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan komparatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa jual beli proforma (formalitas) bertentangan dengan undang-undang khususnya dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, dan maka dari itu berkaitan juga dengan keabsahan akta jual beli yang menjadi dasar perbuatan jual beli tersebut yang dibuat dihadapan PPAT dan PPAT yang membuat akta tersebut dapat dimintakan pertanggungjawabannya dari segi kode etik PPAT. The purpose of this study is to examine the validity of making a sale and purchase deed based on a mock sale or purchase which is called a proforma sale and purchase (formality). This study uses normative legal research methods with statutory and comparative approaches. The results of the study show that the sale and purchase pro forma (formality) is contrary to the law, especially in the Civil Code, and therefore it is also related to the validity of the deed of sale and purchase which forms the basis of the act of buying and selling which was made before the PPAT and PPAT who made the deed can be held accountable in terms of the PPAT code of ethics.]]>
