Abstrak. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu mendampingi Mahasiswa S3 Pascasarjana UNNES untuk menyiapkan manuskrip dari hasil penelitian disertasi untuk dikirim ke jurnal internasional bereputasi. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian materi secara teoritis dan aplikatif cara membuat manuskrip yang baik. Mahasiswa diminta merevisi naskahnya untuk disesuaikan teori penulisan yang benar dan sesuai dengan pedoman jurnal yang dituju. Hasilnya direvisi lagi, dilakukan pendampingan oleh reviewer ahli sesuai bidang ilmunya. Naskah direvisi lagi oleh mahasiswa untuk dilakukan translate, uji similaritas dan proofread. Setelah manuskrip siap baru dikirim ke jurnal yang dituju. Waktu pelaksanaan tiga bulan. Hasil pendampingan diperoleh sebanyak 48 naskah manuskrip yang sudah melakukan submission ke jurnal internasional. Para peserta merasa sangat puas (66,7%) dan puas (33,3%) dengan pelaksanaan pelatihan manuskrip tersebut. Mereka sangat setuju (90,5%) dan 9,5% setuju pelatihan perlu dipertahankan. Namun waktu pelaksanaan perlu ditambah lebih lama untuk pendampingan karena ada peserta 4,7% yang menyatakan waktunya masih kurang. Kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat mempercepat kelulusan Mahasiswa S3, menambah jumlah publikasi pada jurnal internasional bereputasi dan berimbas pada menambah reputasi Indonesia di bidang publikasi Internasional. Abstract. The purpose of this activity is to assist UNNES Postgraduate S3 Students to prepare manuscripts from the results of dissertation research to be sent to reputable international journals. The mentoring method is carried out by providing material theoretically and applicative how to make a good manuscript. Students are asked to revise their manuscripts to adjust the correct writing theory and in accordance with the guidelines of the intended journal. The results were revised again, assisted by expert reviewers according to their fields of knowledge. The manuscript was revised again by students for translation, similarity testing and proofread. After the manuscript is ready, it is sent to the intended journal. The implementation time is three months. The results of the assistance were obtained as many as 48 manuscript manuscripts that have submitted to international journals. The participants were very satisfied (66.7%) and satisfied (33.3%) with the implementation of the manuscript training. They strongly agree (90.5%) and 9.5% agree training needs to be maintained. However, the implementation time needs to be increased longer for mentoring because there are 4.7% participants who state that the time is still lacking. This activity is expected to accelerate the graduation of S3 students, increase the number of publications in reputable international journals and have an impact on adding to Indonesia's reputation in the field of international publications.
