Research this aims to analyze how the effectiveness of the implementation of the Jogo Tonggo Program in Mojosongo Village in an effort to handle the spread of Covid-19 in Mojosongo Village. So far, there are very few studies that discuss the Jogo Tonggo Program. Especially in Central Java Province, only one article was found that specifically discussed the Jogo Tonggo Program in an area. Even in the city of Surakarta, there is no research that examines the Jogo Tonggo Program. So that this research becomes a novelty as a recommendation for policy makers. The research method uses a descriptive-analytic approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with research informants. Secondary data is obtained from documents such as books, journals and annual documents. Checking the validity of the data is done using triangulation technique. Data analysis used Miles and Hurberman's interactive analysis technique which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory in this study is to use the Implementation Effectiveness Theory by Riant Nugroho to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Jogo Tonggo Program in dealing with Covid-19. In this research, the results show that the indicators of policy implementation have been effective, indicators of appropriate implementation have not been effective, indicators of appropriate targets have been effective, environmental indicators have not been effective, and indicators of appropriate processes have not been effective. So that the results obtained that the implementation of the Jogo Tonggo Program in Mojosongo Village is said to be still not effective.
