<![CDATA[In the era of advanced technology as it is today, almost all organizations or companies utilize IT in managerial and operational processes. One organization that utilizes IT is XYZ. XYZ is a music course located in Surabaya and has two branches. XYZ utilizes information technology in carrying out both processes with the aim of efficiency. The problem in the implementation of information technology by XYZ is the lack of understanding of the performance level of the information technology applied. To answer these problems, it is necessary to measure the maturity level of IT implementation with the aim of evaluating IT controls. This research will utilize COBIT 5 to measure the maturity level of IT implementation in XYZ's business and focus on align, plan, and organize processes to manage strategy (APO02), manage human resources (APO07), and manage relationships (APO08). The results obtained are the maturity level for the APO02 domain of 3,005, APO07 of 2,678, and APO08 of 3,152. This indicates that the three domains are at level 3 established process.]]>
