CV. Indah Grup is a business engaged in vanamei shrimp aquaculture, which is located in Kalianget Village, Sumenep Regency. This study aims to analyze production management in shrimp ponds CV. Indah Grup and analyze business feasibility based on financial aspects. The data analysis method used is a descriptive analysis of production management and business feasibility analysis based on financial factors with the criteria of PP (Payback Period), NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and R/C Ratio. The results showed that CV Indah Grup's vanamei shrimp pond business management had been carried out properly in accordance with the established procedure stages. The value of R/C ratio 1, NPV (Net Present Value) of Rp. 659,426,022, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 54.25%, and PP (Payback Period) of 1 year 7 monthsKeywords: Production Management, and Financial Feasibility
